Privacy Policy
What do we collect?
If you join the email list, we collect your email address and the time you signed up. That's it: no names, no health information, no payment details. If you use the free NPI audit tool, the number you enter is sent to the public CMS NPPES registry to fetch your public record and isn't stored by us. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, as all web hosts do.
How do we use it?
Your email is used for one purpose: sending you PMHNP MBA content and updates: cases, tools, and module releases. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone. No third-party advertising, no data brokers, ever.
Where does it live?
Signups are stored with our infrastructure providers: Netlify (site hosting and data storage) and Resend (email delivery). Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies: what's measured?
We measure site traffic with Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service that processes this data on our behalf. It's cookieless, collects aggregate page statistics and named events only (for example, that a worksheet was run, never what you typed into it), strips URL query strings, honors your browser's Do-Not-Track setting, and doesn't store raw IP addresses. Nothing you enter into a worksheet, and no email address, is ever sent to it. The public site sets no tracking cookies; a single functional cookie is used only for the site operator's private login. No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email, or write to hello@pmhnpmba.com to have your address removed from our records entirely. We'll confirm within a reasonable time. Want to know what's on file? Write to the same address and we'll tell you.
